1. Placing an order
- An order is considered valid once payment is received and the order status changes to paid.
- The applicable price is the price shown when the order is placed, including any voucher discount.
- The scope of work, number of deliverables, and number of revisions follow the details on each service page.
2. Briefs and client materials
- Clients fill in the brief notes when placing an order and provide any supporting materials needed, such as a business profile, references, or existing assets.
- Work only begins once the brief is confirmed complete. An incomplete brief will delay the work schedule.
- Clients are fully responsible for the materials they submit, including copyright, trademarks, and third-party logos. We reserve the right to decline orders whose content violates the law or infringes on others' rights.
- Materials you send us are stored privately and used only for the purpose of completing that order.
3. Payment
- Payment is processed through the Midtrans payment gateway, with options for bank transfer, QRIS, and credit or debit cards.
- Orders not paid before the deadline shown on the payment page will expire automatically.
- We never ask for payment to a personal bank account. Ignore any such request and report it to us right away.
4. The process
- Turnaround time is counted from when payment is received and the brief is confirmed complete.
- Changes to scope in the middle of the work are treated as additional work and billed separately.
- The number of revisions follows the terms of the package you ordered. Revisions beyond that allowance incur an additional fee.
5. Delivery
- All deliverables are digital files sent by email, so there is no physical shipment and no shipping cost.
- We serve clients throughout Indonesia as well as international clients.
- Make sure the email address you provide is active and correct so your deliverables arrive without issue.
- We keep delivered files for the applicable support period. After that, the client is responsible for archiving their own files.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- Because every project is made specifically to your brief, an order that has entered the work stage cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation before work begins can be requested via WhatsApp or email, and funds will be refunded using the original payment method.
- If the delivered result does not match the agreed scope, we will fix it at no additional cost.
- Complaints must be raised within 3 days of the final result being delivered.
7. Ownership and copyright
- Full usage rights to the finished work transfer to the client once payment is settled in full.
- We may display the finished work in our portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Vouchers
- Vouchers are valid according to their active period, usage limit, and minimum spend as stated.
- Only one voucher may be used per order, and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published at the time the order was placed.
