Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a project take?
It depends on the package. A logo starter usually takes 5-7 working days, while a full branding project runs 3-4 weeks. We confirm the schedule with you once the brief is agreed.
What do you need from me to get started?
A short brief about your business, your audience, and any references you like. If you already have existing assets such as a logo or photography, send those too. You can add all of it to the brief notes at checkout.
How many revision rounds are included?
Each package includes two revision rounds at the concept stage and one final round before handover. Extra rounds can be arranged and are quoted separately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, QRIS, and credit or debit cards through Midtrans. Payment is made online when you place the order.
How are the final files delivered?
Everything is delivered digitally by email as source and export files. There is no physical shipment and no shipping cost.
Who owns the finished work?
Full ownership of the approved final work transfers to you once payment is settled. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
How do I check my order status?
Sign in and open My Orders. We also email you when your order is placed and when payment is confirmed.
Do you work with clients outside Indonesia?
Yes. We work remotely and take on clients anywhere. All deliverables are handed over as digital files by email, so location is not a constraint.
